1. Time point for commencement disclosure
(1) The commencement disclosure is generally conducted after signing a contract with the construction party, and after the first mobilization for full disclosure and communication, the on-site decoration construction work is started.
(2) If a second-hand housing renovation project is to be completed, a disclosure of the demolition project will be made before the first mobilization. After all the demolition is completed, the formal disclosure will be conducted before mobilization. At this time, because all the demolition is completed, it is convenient to investigate and demonstrate the basic level project, and the disclosure will be more thorough and complete.
(3) Before formally signing a contract with the construction party, some owners will go to the site for disclosure to ensure the integrity of the decoration budget and prevent future additions. (2) Designer: On behalf of the owner, fully communicate and explain the design scheme and main construction projects proposed based on the owner's needs to the construction party and the supervisor. The owner can supplement the decoration requirements. The designer should fully communicate with all parties on site regarding the key points and difficulties in its design scheme.
(3) Construction party: Review the design drawings and construction drawings provided by the designer, or supplement the specific construction plan. After the construction party has no objection to the design and construction scheme, it should also clarify the construction organization plan (construction schedule of main projects and processes), and inform the owner and the design party of the time points and links that need to be connected and confirmed.
(4) Supervisor: It is necessary to review the decoration contract and budget quotation, and confirm the construction scheme proposed by the construction party. You can learn about the specific construction process and organization plan from the construction party, and inform the construction party of construction precautions and acceptance standards.
(5) Others: Businesses such as central air conditioning can propose docking content with the construction party based on on-site investigation.
Main contents of commencement disclosure
(1) Based on the design scheme, construction scheme, and budget quotation, all construction contents shall be confirmed and demonstrated one by one on site.
(2) Based on the current situation on site, especially the grassroots treatment project, demonstrate its rationality and supplement the construction plan and budget quotation.
(3) Handover of water, electricity, heating, gas, etc. shall be conducted to confirm the number of words on the water and electricity meter, whether the water and electricity are normal, and whether the drainage is smooth.
