Main contents of commencement disclosure
(1) Based on the design scheme, construction scheme, and budget quotation, all construction contents shall be confirmed and demonstrated one by one on site.
(2) Based on the current situation on site, especially the grassroots treatment project, demonstrate its rationality and supplement the construction plan and budget quotation.
(3) Handover of water, electricity, heating, gas, etc. shall be conducted to confirm the number of words on the water and electricity meter, whether the water and electricity are normal, and whether the drainage is smooth.
