Why do you choose to add a plate without formaldehyde. Formaldehyde free added boards do not exhibit significant changes with increasing temperature and humidity, making them more adaptable to high temperature and humidity environments. Ultra low formaldehyde emission means that there is no fear of overproduction and unlimited use, without worrying about overproduction caused by overproduction. Even in environments such as high temperature and humidity, formaldehyde emissions do not rise sharply, which is very important in practical use. Formaldehyde containing panels may produce E0 level test data reports (the national standard test environment is 23 ℃, 50% humidity), but in actual use environments, the actual temperature and humidity may often far exceed the test conditions. The formaldehyde emission of formaldehyde containing panels will significantly increase with the increase in temperature and humidity: it has doubled when approaching 30 ℃, and can reach 10 times the detection value at over 40 ℃! This characteristic makes the formaldehyde emission of the board far exceed the test data in actual use environments, such as southern or other high humidity, high temperature, or underfloor heating environments, causing serious exceeding of the standard. It can be said that temperature and humidity directly represent the high and low formaldehyde emission. Why does this happen? This is because formaldehyde mainly comes from urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives used in man-made panels. The physicochemical properties of urea-formaldehyde resin are deliquescence and pyrolysis, which means that when the urea-formaldehyde resin encounters heat (temperature increases) or moisture (humidity increases), it will reverse decompose into formaldehyde molecules, which is the main reason why formaldehyde release is closely related to temperature and humidity.
